Mo\u017cliwo\u015b\u0107 regularnego treningu na sta\u0142ych wyznakowanych trasach a nast\u0119pnie sprawdzenia si\u0119 podczas zawod\u00f3w rozgrywanych na \u015bwie\u017cym powietrzu powinna stanowi\u0107 cenny element odbudowy (tak nadszarpni\u0119tego epidemi\u0105 COVID-19 oraz lockdownem) zdrowia fizycznego i psychicznego rodak\u00f3w.
